  I researched countless personal fitness options for a Christmas gift for my mom and landed on this place because of their great atmosphere and personnel. The challenge with gym-hunting is that so much of the time, the personalities and environments you encounter aren't empowering - they're discouraging and competitive - not something I wanted for my mom. This place is different. The staff are highly-trained, empathetic and encouraging, helping people approach fitness at their level. The owner, Justin, was a pleasure to work with and helped me land on a gift that was affordable while still giving my mom enough sessions to make an impression. So far, my mom has loved it and I'm very thankful we found this place!
